RuneScape: Dragonwilds crafting
RuneScape: Dragonwilds crafting climbs a published metal and armour spine rather than a dumped recipe grid. Iron belongs to Early Access. Steel arrived with Fellhollow. Mithril is the Dowdun Reach step. Adamant, Red Dragonhide, Infinity Robes, Obsidian Armour, the Obsidian shield, and the Fire Cape arrived with Umbral Sands. 1.0 adds Rune Armour, Black Dragonhide Armour, and Wild Knight Robes for Scorned Wilderness. Full competitor recipe dumps are not copied here.

Stations changed before Umbral Sands
Steam news on 17 June 2026 was titled Crafting Stations Are Changing!, a first-party note that station recipes were rebuilt before the desert region. Read the table as a version spine, not as a promise that every bench from April 2025 still behaves the same. Artisan crafts weapons, armour, or tools. Construction builds structures. Runecrafting still makes runes. Cooking still makes food. Those skills are the hands; the tiers are the materials.
Three combat styles share the metal climb: melee, ranged, and magic each need a reason to step from iron to steel to mithril. Hide and robe sets sit beside metals for ranged and magic identities. Obsidian plus the Fire Cape is an Umbral Sands package, not a 1.0 surprise. If you are still in Brynmoor, iron is the honest target. If you are staging the raid, look at the last three rows.
What 1.0 named for the raid
Rune Armour, Black Dragonhide Armour, and Wild Knight Robes are the three 1.0 sets named in the Scorned Wilderness recap. They line up with melee, ranged-hide, and magic-robe identities rather than a fourth mystery style. Pair them with the no-build arena rule: craft in the Hub, not after you enter Kuldra’s space. The table will not list every bolt tip or potion.
Farming, fishing, and agility feed this climb without being armour rows. Crops and fish become cooking inputs. Agility is traversal. Mining and woodcutting still fill benches. When a region column in Ashenfall says mithril or adamant, match it to the tier table. When the raid says prepare before entering, pack the named 1.0 sets.
What to pack for each climate
Brynmoor and Ghornfell are iron-honest. Artisan benches, Construction walls, and Cooking pots matter more than a rare ore you have not unlocked. Fellhollow is the steel step, including the plumed Full Helm, plus Farming inputs for food. Dowdun Reach is mithril in a mountain fortress; Black Knights are the creature cue that you are in the right tier. Umbral Sands is the big wardrobe: adamant, Red Dragonhide, Infinity Robes, Obsidian Armour, the Obsidian shield, and the Fire Cape.
Scorned Wilderness is the 1.0 packing list: Rune Armour, Black Dragonhide Armour, and Wild Knight Robes. Craft them in the Hub. The arena will not let you place a new station. Steam news on 17 June 2026 rebuilt crafting stations before the desert, so an old mental recipe from April 2025 may already be wrong. Read the version column, then the tier name.
Hide and robe sets sit beside metals because ranged and magic need their own climb. Obsidian plus Fire Cape is an Umbral package, not a raid surprise. Farming, Fishing, and Cooking feed the climb without being armour rows. Mining and Woodcutting still fill benches. If a region index says adamant, this table is the matching sentence. If the raid says prepare before entering, pack the last three rows.
If two people share a Hub, split metals from hides. One Artisan on rune plates and one on black dragonhide covers melee and ranged without both staring at the same ore node. Wild Knight Robes are the magic third of that 1.0 split.
Who should sit which bench
Artisan sits weapons, armour, and tools. Construction sits walls and halls. Runecrafting sits essence and runes. Cooking sits food. Those four benches are the camp. Mining and Woodcutting feed them. Farming feeds Cooking after Fellhollow. Fishing feeds Cooking after Dowdun Reach. Agility feeds travel, not a bar.
A two-person Hub can split metals from hides. One player pushes rune plates. One player pushes black dragonhide. A third playstyle, if you have it, takes Wild Knight Robes. That split matches the 1.0 recap instead of three people crowding the same ore. Steel’s plumed Full Helm is a Fellhollow flex, not a raid requirement. Obsidian and the Fire Cape are Umbral Sands flex that still help Fuzan.
Stations changed in June 2026. If a friend is reciting an April recipe, make them read the version column first. Iron is Early Access. Steel is Fellhollow. Mithril is Dowdun Reach. Adamant and the robe/hide/obsidian cluster are Umbral Sands. Rune, black dragonhide, and Wild Knight Robes are 1.0. Pack the row that matches tonight’s climate.
