Prepare
Buildable Hub
Prepare, craft, gather and regroup. The Hub remains a buildable camp on the raid path.
Scorned Wilderness
Scorned Wilderness is the RuneScape: Dragonwilds 1.0 raid, not another overworld biome. Players cross fractured islands toward Kuldra, keep a buildable Hub, and cannot build or craft inside the raid arena. Kuldra is the five-headed Dragon Queen and God-Eater. Version 1.0 launched on 15 September 2026, ended Early Access, and added Goblin Thug, Goblin enemies, and the Regicide quest. Exact wave tables were still secret in pre-launch recaps. Hub versus arena is the split that is public.

Raid
No building or crafting inside the arena; prepare before entering. Kuldra waits here as the God-Eater.
The launch recap is blunt: a buildable Hub plus a no-build raid. That split is the whole raid shape. Gather, craft, and regroup in the Hub. Do not expect Construction or Artisan stations to work once you step into the arena. If your group still thinks in overworld base-building, reset that habit before you spend a night wiping to the Queen.
Floating islands are the travel image. No official public player-count or level-range for the arena was printed in the 1.0 recap. Bring the combat loop you already trained: stamina, parry, dodge, special attacks, and wands after 0.12.1. Bring rune-tier or equivalent 1.0 sets if you have them. Then walk in knowing the arena will not let you place a new wall.
Kuldra is an ancient five-headed black dragon, also called Dragon Queen and God Eater, High Queen of some Garou, and the raid boss that closes Kuldra’s Saga. She is not Velgar, Imaru, or Fuzan. Those three are the named generals and region bosses on the road. Steam still sells the fantasy as facing the Dragon Queen after mastering survival and ancient secrets. The raid is that sentence made into a map.
Regicide is the 1.0 quest named beside Goblin Thug and Goblin enemies. Treat it as part of the Scorned Wilderness beat, not as a Brynmoor errand. Achievements on Steam include Regicide as a title with a blank public description. If you want storefronts, Game Pass, or invite-code crossplay, use the platforms page. If you only needed the two-panel split, you can stop after the Hub versus arena block above.
15 September 2026 ended Early Access. Historical drops before that were Early Access itself on 15 April 2025, Fellhollow on 15 December 2025, Dowdun Reach on 31 March 2026, and Umbral Sands on 23 June 2026. The raid does not replace those maps; it sits after them. Consoles and extra PC storefronts launched with 1.0. Steam saves still do not transfer onto the Jagex Launcher.
Jagex held the price. Development continues. Dedicated servers had already moved earlier than first promised. None of that changes the arena rule. Prepare in the Hub. Fight in the no-build space. Compare dragons if you still need titles. Browse skills if a 99 is blocking your loadout. Then come back here when your group is actually stepping onto the islands.
Walk in after the continent spine, not after a Brynmoor weekend. Iron and a first Skill Spell will not carry a no-build arena. The public 1.0 packing list is Rune Armour, Black Dragonhide Armour, and Wild Knight Robes, plus the stamina loop from 0.12.1. Special attacks and wands belong to that same pass. Craft in the Hub. The arena will not grow a new wall if a pull goes wrong.
Kuldra is five heads, black, Dragon Queen, God-Eater, High Queen of some Garou. She is not Velgar, Imaru, or Fuzan. Regicide is the named quest beside Goblin Thug and Goblin enemies. Steam achievements include Regicide as a title with a blank public description. Crossplay invite codes can put mixed storefronts on the same world; they do not move a Steam Cloud save onto the Jagex Launcher.
15 September 2026 ended Early Access and opened consoles. Historical maps before that date still exist: Brynmoor, Ghornfell, Fellhollow, Dowdun Reach, Umbral Sands. The raid sits after them. The public roadmap already pulled dedicated servers forward once, and Jagex says work continues after launch. The arena rule still does not change. Prepare in the Hub. Fight in the no-build space. Pin Kuldra against her generals if you still need titles. Then step onto the islands.
If a friend wants to “just see the islands,” take them to the Hub first and make them empty a stamina bar on a dummy pull before the arena. The no-build rule is easier to believe after one wipe you cannot wall off.
Stock the Hub like a camp you cannot rebuild in the arena. Food from Cooking, rune or hide sets from Artisan, a stamina plan from the 0.12.1 loop, and a meeting point if crossplay codes drop someone. Construction is legal in the Hub and illegal in the arena. That is the whole difference. Practice emptying a stamina bar on a dummy pull before you treat the islands as sightseeing.
Kuldra is five heads and a God-Eater title. Regicide is the quest name. Goblin Thug and Goblin enemies are the 1.0 trash that arrived with her. None of those facts replace the no-build rule. If a wipe happens, you walk back to the Hub and craft there. You do not drop a wall on the arena floor and hope the Queen respects it.
Bring people who already walked Brynmoor, Ghornfell, Fellhollow, Dowdun Reach, and Umbral Sands, or at least packed the 1.0 sets. Invite codes can mix storefronts. They cannot mix an unprepared iron character into a five-head fight and call it a strategy. Pin the dragon cards if someone still thinks Velgar is the Queen. Then go in.
